Hunan is a hub for non-ferrous metals, leading the world in both reserves and research and development of bismuth resources. China holds 70% of the world's bismuth, and 70% of China's bismuth is found in Hunan. Leveraging this advantageous position, our company has developed a series of deep-processed bismuth products:
1,Bismuth pentoxide
2,Bismuth subnitrate
3,Bismuth carbonate
4,Bismuth powder, bismuth beads, and more
Bismuth trioxide (bismuth oxide) comes in alpha (α), beta (β), and delta (δ) forms. The alpha type is yellow with monoclinic crystal structure, a relative density of 8.9, a melting point of 825°C, soluble in acids but insoluble in water and alkalis. The beta type ranges from bright yellow to orange, has a tetragonal crystal structure, a relative density of 8.55, a melting point of 860°C, and is also soluble in acids but insoluble in water. It is easily reduced by hydrogen and oxidized by oxygen, making it suitable for various industrial applications and research endeavors.
